Cornerstone Handyman LLC is a woman-owned business founded in 2018. Our goal is to provide a quality product on time at a reasonable price.

Our Owner & Administrator, Tera Sharp is a Licensed Class 'A' General Contractor, a mother of 3, and has a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Business. Her wide range of skills make her, effectively, three people in one. She is invaluable to a small business.

Our Construction Manager, Weldon Brundige is also a Licensed Class 'A' General Contractor and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He spent his first 31 years as a Construction Business Owner specializing in tenant finish. He has completed over 2500 commercial projects since 1986 and has never missed a contract completion date. The quality of his work is second-to-none.
